Hi. My name is David, and I am a VERY amateur boatbuilder. My previous projects have been a canoe and the Phil Bolger-designed Elegant Punt. I used that punt for several years as the tender to a factory-built sailboat. The sailboat has since been sold, but I still have the punt!

It’s been a few years since that last experience, and it’s about time for another project. Since I found myself without a sailboat, I decided to try my hand at something a little more ambitious.
